1. Scope and account
Vocalys is for professionals able to contract. Creating an account means accepting the current terms and privacy policy. Users provide accurate information, protect their credentials and remain responsible for activity on their account.
2. AI assistance
Transcription and structuring are automated. Before validation, users must check names, quantities, prices, taxes, addresses and mandatory wording. Vocalys is not a substitute for legal, tax or accounting advice.
3. Documents and signatures
The user must send a signature link to the correct person. The signer reviews the quote, provides identity details, gives consent and draws a signature. The trace is not used as biometric data. The professional remains responsible for legally required document retention.
4. Offer and availability
Features, trial duration and prices are those shown before subscription. No payment is due without explicit validation. Internet-dependent functions may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents or provider failures.
5. Misuse, termination and law
Fraud, impersonation, unlawful use and attacks on the service are prohibited. Accounts may be closed on request and suspended for serious abuse. To the extent permitted, Vocalys is liable only for direct foreseeable loss attributable to it. French law governs; the parties first seek an amicable solution.
