Your business data belongs to you. This policy explains what we process and how you stay in control.

1. Controller
The controller is the publisher identified in the legal notice. Privacy contact: contact@vocalys.pro.
2. Data processed
Depending on use, Vocalys processes account and company details, customer details, quotes and invoices, selected bank details, signature requests and evidence, notification tokens, technical logs and support messages. Voice recordings and label photos are transient and deleted after processing. Signature strokes are not used as biometric data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to provide and secure the service, generate and send documents, meet legal retention duties, prevent abuse and answer support requests. The legal basis is contract performance, legal obligation or legitimate interest as appropriate.
4. Recipients and transfers
Necessary processors include Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, Expo/FCM, IGN, MET Norway, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Transfers outside the EEA use an applicable adequacy mechanism or contractual safeguards. Vocalys does not sell personal data.
5. Retention, rights and security
Account data is kept while the service is used; transient audio/images are deleted after processing; documents and proof are retained for the applicable statutory period, including ten years for French accounting records. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability at contact@vocalys.pro and may complain to the CNIL. Encryption, authentication and access controls are applied.
After account deletion, data eligible for erasure is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Records that still require retention are isolated with restricted access. French accounting records are retained for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year. Contracts and evidence follow their own periods, according to their nature and applicable obligations or disputes. Closing the account does not extend these periods. Records are deleted when their retention period ends. Export your documents before closing the account. For the reason and deadline for retention, contact contact@vocalys.pro.

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and store clicks, by the page’s language and country. No Analytics tracking before consent. The site also works without these cookies.
Measurement cookies last up to 6 months. Your choice is saved for 6 months and can be changed at any time using “Cookie choices”. Google receives technical and browsing data, never your quotes or dictations. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Detailed Analytics data is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may be retained longer. A store click does not prove an installation.
Weather and data sources
Forecasts are provided by MET Norway and city data by GeoNames under CC BY 4.0. Vocalys looks up the city in a local copy of GeoNames and sends only the city centre coordinates, rounded to two decimal places, to MET Norway through its server. No street address, GPS position, identity or phone IP address is sent for this weather request. Forecasts are cached; Vocalys selects the nearest forecast hour and adapts temperatures and symbols for display.
