Account and data deletion
You can close your account and request deletion of associated data at any time.

1. Request deletion
Use Settings → My account → Delete my account, or email contact@vocalys.pro from the account address with the subject “Delete my account”. Never send a password or customer document.
2. Effects
The account is disabled and deletable personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Export quotes and invoices first because the operation becomes irreversible.
3. Data retained by law
Invoices, accounting records and evidence required by law or for legal claims remain isolated and access-restricted until the applicable period expires.
After account deletion, data eligible for erasure is deleted or anonymised within 30 days. Records that still require retention are isolated with restricted access. French accounting records are retained for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year. Contracts and evidence follow their own periods, according to their nature and applicable obligations or disputes. Closing the account does not extend these periods. Records are deleted when their retention period ends. Export your documents before closing the account. For the reason and deadline for retention, contact contact@vocalys.pro.
