01Dictate your quote
Tap the microphone on the home screen, then start dictation. Say the client’s name, full address, work, quantities and prices before tax. Specify applicable taxes, then stop dictation.
02Supplier scan and margin
Photograph a label. The price is read and your margin applied.
03Check every detail
Review the client, work, prices, quantities and taxes. Tap a field to correct it. Confirm your review, open the preview and confirm the quote.
04Choose how to send it
Choose email for signature, WhatsApp or PDF sharing. Check the recipient and confirm sending in your chosen messaging app. Find the quote again in Documents.
05Create the invoice
Open the quote in Documents and create an invoice. The PDF is for your client; the accountant file button provides an additional file for new invoices. Sending to your accountant includes both.
06Find your documents
Open Documents to find your saved quotes and invoices. Select the document you want to view or share.
Export formats depend on the country and invoice data. Exporting XML and sending it to an accountant do not, by themselves, submit an invoice to an electronic invoicing network.
